These Beta Terms and Conditions (“Beta Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“You” or “Beta User”) and SimplAI Product LLC (“SimplAI Product”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the THREADS PM product, including associated websites, applications, APIs, documentation, and support provided during the beta period.

1. Beta Nature of the Service

The Beta Service is a pre-release evaluation version provided for testing, feedback, and evaluation purposes only.

  • The Beta Service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete functionality.
  • Features, pricing, and AI providers may change at any time.
  • We may suspend or discontinue access without notice.
  • No uptime guarantees or service level agreements apply.

2. Eligibility and Geographic Scope

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Beta Service during the beta period.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Beta Service. You grant SimplAI Product a limited license to process and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Beta Service.

4. Third-Party AI Providers

The Beta Service currently routes AI requests through OpenAI GPT models. Additional providers may be added in the future, including Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Meta Llama, and xAI Grok.

When requests are processed through an AI Provider, that provider’s own terms and policies apply to how your data is handled.

5. Sensitive and Regulated Data

Do not submit HIPAA-regulated data, payment card information, classified information, or confidential third-party information that you are not authorized to share.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not violate laws or third-party rights.
  • Do not generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Do not reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not build competing products using the Beta Service.

7. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by SimplAI Product without restriction or compensation.

8. Confidentiality

The Beta Service and non-public information regarding unreleased features or performance are confidential and may not be disclosed without prior written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

SimplAI Product and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Beta Service and related intellectual property.

10. Fees and Plans

The Beta Service is currently free of charge unless otherwise agreed in writing. Plans, pricing, and usage limits may change at any time.

11. Disclaimers

THE BETA SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or offensive.

You should independently review outputs before relying on them for business, legal, medical, or financial decisions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimplAI Product will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Beta Service.

13. Privacy

Use of the Beta Service is also governed by the SimplAI Product Privacy Policy available at simplaiproduct.com/privacy.

14. Governing Law

These Beta Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
